Every practice has someone who holds it together. They know how things are done around here: they remember the recheck, they know the protocol changed, and they spot the gap in the rota before a client is booked into it. When they're on holiday things slip, and when they leave the practice finds out how much depended on them.
We started inside an independent multi-site UK group with a 24/7 hospital. Like most practices we tried adding AI tools, and it didn't work, because none of our systems were on speaking terms. The work that mattered happened between them.
So we built Praxis to work in that gap. It sits on top of the PIMS a practice already runs, learns how the practice works, helps the team agree a better way and then does the follow-up that used to depend on someone remembering.
